WOD 4 - 80 reps (45,75,100 (x20 reps)... 120) - 2min unbroken + recovery,10 reps otm, ~5 reps ot 1.5 min
WOD 1 - 7:32 Rx'd
WOD 3 - 25:06 (straps on K2B) NOTES to self: DU went well: unbroken 25's and 50 on the last set (focused on elbows and hands in/ fwd and stroke down) PP in sets of mostly 5 with 10-12 seconds rest
