Class Schedule:
WOD:  In this group class we perform the "work out of the day" presented on our home page.
Rookies WOD:  This class is dedicated to new Crossfitter's, though open to everyone. We go over movement fundamentals and do a work out in every class. Your 1st class is always FREE, just show up!
Endurance WOD:  This class often meets at an alternate location and is geared towards improving such activities as running and swimming utilizing crossfit methodologies.

March Mobility Class:  This class will meet for the Month of March to help you feel and move better. Drawing from Mobility WOD, Pilates and Yoga this class is designed to help you achieve proper alignment and move more freely.
Open Gym:  Every 7pm on Friday nights is available for current gym members to work on Strongman Technique, Gymnastics skill or perform a WOD of their choosing!
Personal Training:  All other times are reserved for Personal Training. Please contact us for more information.
