Heavy Day 

For Quality:

Paused Back Squats (3 second pause at the bottom)

- Perform: 3 sets of 5 reps

- then: 3 sets of 3 reps (at a heavier load) 

- and finally: 3 sets of 1 rep (at a heavier load)

All with belt. Upped the weight from last time on every set. Last time I was easing into what felt good with pause squats.
