Instead, we will be running the Hero WOD - Murph
Sessions will start at:
9:45am
10:30am
11:15am

For Time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.
We will be running waves at 9:45am, 10:30am, 11:15am
At 12pm we will be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs.
