1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 (deload) 2, 1.5 Plates

Pause Back Squats (3 second pause)

8, 5, 3, 1 reps

Front Squat (deload, no pause)

1-3, 3-5 reps

Plate: 35#

Set 1 was explosive
Set 2 , explosive, but less pop at the top
Set 3 , doable but moderate tempo
Set 4 , easy paused single (with belt)
Deload
Set 1: 3 reps (with belt)
Set 2: 5 reps (with belt)

Self assessment and notes - Relatively easy to moderate work. Barefoot, felt good
