Overhead Press: 1, 1.25, 1.5 (Plates)

Back Squats: Blue Plates (with sleeves, shoes, and belt)
60, 80, 100, 105, 110 KG (I can't remember if i did 120 or not...)

Overhead Press: Green Plates
40, 45, 50 KG
