Rookies WOD will take place on Thursday at 7pm instead of Wednesday night.

Bench or Floor Press
50 reps in as few sets as possible (20 min cut off)

This is the first time I've done any type of heavy cleaning since being injured. I was THRILLED to get to 120 w/o any pain so once I got to that weight I stayed and did three sets of two thrusters. I didn't want to get too greedy so I didn't try heavier for my 1rpm.
