YES! Brian - will you be bringing any jump ropes from the gym or should we find one to bring?

I have the same question as Shannon. If u do bring ropes I like the metal wire ones... nice WOD Brian!

This morning's WOD was limited by the track being closed!

The running portions were done in the parking lot, and pretty close to prescribed distances. Josh was measuring it out when I left to post the best estimate to comments:

I drove 4 laps, and my phone's GPS shows it was .97 miles. But, it looks like I cut all but the first lap a little short at the turn where we had the jump ropes, so I think we were even closer to a mile than that.

On a side note, Blogger has me convinced that I may be a robot.
