Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

As far as I am aware, the 224 Gwen has yet to be performed - by anyone - Olympic lifting specialists included.

This WOD has similarities to the "Bear Complex"

Today's WOD has intentional aspects of recovery built into it.

If you have extra in the tank, you can always play! Run, rock climb, hike, ride a bike, swim, dance. Have fun!

Thanks for the great comments on the Columbia Flyer webpage Jason! We were kind of surprised to see the story take a "Crossfit is Controversial" approach. I think we will have to create a CFD WOD called the "wrecker"!
