Sure sure. My hamstrings, quads, glutes aren't in deep pain. I should be fine.

I have searched thru my old records. The last Lynne I did was 6/30/08. It was at BW 180#, with totals of 27/114 = 25,380. Most recent was BW 185# 31/105 = 25,160.

On 9/28/08 I did 4 rounds of 400m/50 squats in 14:01. Most recent, 13:38.

Heavier bench with more reps/ less pull-up reps - But with the torn-open palm, very understandable.

Faster time on the WOD from Saturday.

PR on OHS today.

Good Data, good progress - But you still have untapped fitness levels in you.
