This is what we have so far.

Darla - jerk chicken salad and some rum punch, mon! :)
Cameron G. - spicy brats or sausages
Mandi & Evan - deviled eggs, deli wraps & beer!

We will provide plates, napkins & stuff.

Anyone want to bring veggies or fruit???

Steve, you would bring veggies...grab some meat like a man! Seriously though, I have plenty of spicy brats for us. We have some beer to bring too.

Speaking of beer, that is the only way I ingest grains. I have been on a pretty strict paleo diet recently and really like it! I haven't given up cheese or peanut butter...but no pasta, bread, oatmeal or sugar. Not a bad way to go. I've been eating a lot of eggs, olive oil, salmon, tuna, chicken etc. My energy levels have definitely increased and stayed consistent throughout the day and night. No more crashes in the afternoon! My time to recover after a workout has also decreased, although that could be completely independent and just a function of my body adapting to the new workout regiment.

My two month anniversary at CrossFit Diesel is next week! How should we celebrate this wonderful relationship?? I'm thinking deadlifts, nothing says love like pulling heavy weight off the floor!

Man I'm kinda bummed I won't be around saturday. The next one I'm def there! I must say I've never, ever done deadlifts, cleans, jerks, etc before...just straight up running, however it was great today learning how to do the OHS (thanks evan!!). I'm turning into a fan of all the things I've always shied away from. Pullups might be my fav albeit assisted. Cam- count me in for deadlifts next week.
