WOD 3 - 178# x 3 reps Sqt.Clean | then 187# (85kg) x 5 rep max F.Squat

WOD 1 - 10:02 (110 kg, it felt too heavy to move quickly, which retrospectivly - is the whole point of this wod)

!!! Back was primed for injury after WOD 1 (last couple of DL reps where sub-par form) - Back was off for a couple of week, then sustained injury on WOD 6 of the following series
