In Teams of 3 perform:
AMRAP-12

100m run
1 rope climb
100m row

1 athlete runs, 1 climbs, 1 rows: Simultaneously.
The runner tags climber, climber tags rower, and the three change rolls.  
1 round is complete upon 1 full rotation. 
For larger class size a 4th station may be added.

Labor Day, Monday, September, 3rd!
-We will be running a WOD in waves starting at 10am. Everyone is invited!
-We will be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs starting at 12pm. Please bring your favorite paleo side dish to share.
-All evening classes will be canceled.
-PLEASE POST TO COMMENTS IF YOU WILL BE JOINING US!
