Today, Wednesday regular group classes will run at: 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. There will be no Rookies classes today.
New Schedule beginning next week (3/5/12)!

- Rookies classes are moving to Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm and Wednesdays at 7am!
- We will be running a March Mobility class every Tuesday at 8pm! Come and check it out.

So it says in the standards for 12.2 that the bar simply cannot stop at the shoulders, aka press the hell out of it when it gets too heavy to be pretty (?).
