Not too bad. I just stayed focused on your goal of don't stop or walk. I found that I kept slipping in and out of pose running; but that pose helped the most going uphill. I don't know how much it affected my time but it was a hilly, paved run. It was about halfway through that I hit my first mental wall, however since running isn't quite as exhausting as our normal metcon WODs I was able to focus better on breaking down the run. "Just from here to the bend. Now from the bend to the bench... and so on." In a metcon WOD I can barely think straight so I can't do those same break downs myself.

Overall, it was good and I kept pose up for about half of it. Compared to most workouts we do that would take 28 minutes it was much easier!
