5/31/10 - Monday's Memorial Day Potluck BBQ!
Classes will be held at 10am & 11am with a potluck BBQ at noon.
All evening classes will be canceled.

The hamburger's, hotdog's, fixings, plates, napkins et cetera are all on us. If you would like to bring something to share please post it under the comments section or on our Facebook page.

I dont know what that second exercise is, but I know what the first one is: it's my favorite exercise ever :) See you tomorrow! BTW my quads are BURNING today after yesterday's 1/2 and 1/2 Fran. WOWZAS I LOVE IT! Thanks ;)

Deadlifts are the best, Rachel - And rock-on with your self! Anyone who love the Deadlift is in the right company when at our box.

Some people just don't get it. Some people, like those at CF Diesel, get it way too much.

As long as athletes don't skip the strength days, hit multiple GPP days and get in their speed drills - I see no reason for our CrossFitters not to achieve 1000#+ and 500#+ Powerlifting & CrossFit Totals.

Over 20% of our Diesel Chicks are already there, and I estimate that 20%+ of our gentlemen are about to be in the next few months.

All the while PR's have been popping up all over the benchmarks - Athletic successes are booming!
