This is going to be painful. Sometimes the WOD doesn't look bad when you're reading it until you actually do it. This is not one of those.

Just when I start thinking that Evan's not such a bad guy after all, he does this. This is two weeks in a row that the Monday work out was particularly brutal. If next Monday is 2x body weight deadlifts, I think I'll just skip. :)

I usually get nervous during warmup when I know it's going to be brutal. But this time around, I actually got nauseous walking to the car this am thinking about it.
