Squat Day: 8 x 40, 60, 80; 12 x 90 KG

WOD 2: 14,14,14 at 50kg / 4,4,6 at 80kg / 4,5,3 at 120 kg or 42, 14, 12

WOD 6: 23:39 (~1 minute geting on headphones and gloves)

WOD 1: 22:10 (slamball, red band - sets of 5 PU, sets of 4 Thrstr)
