Hanging Power Clean & Floor Press (115 / 75#)
Perform 1 rep of each movement on the 1st minute, 2 on the 2nd, 3 on the 3rd, etc.
When you do not complete one of the movements, continue with the other as long as you can.

Just in case you don't know who (Georges St. Pierre) GSP is, he's one of the best pound-for-pound UFC/MMA/StrikeForce fighters in the 170lb class in the world.
Definitely looking forward to trying the Ab Stretch movement and the tumbling routine!
Nice find Steve, if anyone has see the recent Under Armour commercial, GSP is doing T2B in for a brief moment...thought that was cool to see. He is a phenomenal athlete.
