once on the first minute, twice during the second minute, 3x during the 3rd ... etc., until you are no longer able to complete the requisite presses during the minute allotted.

It's all of those super deep box squats. It's not just training for the squat, it's training for life.

Floor presses mean belly flops, or whatever you call it to get the bar up...
