I really enjoyed the hollow-body floor press today and also the Turkish get-ups. I was just reading about the technique for the get-ups the other day but I just don't see the fun in doing them without the joy of suffering with others. So, thank you! And for anyone who likes peanut butter but wishes it had more protein, The Vitamin Shop sells "Power PB" 16 ounces for about 8 bucks- the ingredients are: roasted peanuts, wheat germ, honey, flax seed, egg whites, and salt. More protein than fat, lots of fiber, and delicious.
