Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
60 bar-facing Burpees (you must face it & jump over it)
30 Overhead Squats (#120/#90)
10 Muscle-ups

There is a good video on CFJ about doing burpees. It was fun to watch and made me very tired.

Finishing as many as 10 of those overhead squats would be nice. They're 15 pounds below my 1 rep max.

I did it in Seattle, but after 8 attempts at the muscle ups I was finally able to press out 1 ( 0 + 1 MU ).
