There is a good video on CFJ about doing burpees. It was fun to watch and made me very tired.
Finishing as many as 10 of those overhead squats would be nice. They're 15 pounds below my 1 rep max.
This one sounds like great fun, but I'm feeling under the weather today. I hope to tackle it tomorrow or Friday.

I did it in Seattle, but after 8 attempts at the muscle ups I was finally able to press out 1 ( 0 + 1 MU ).
