30 reps of Triples, Doubles or Singles
Directions:
Work in groups of 3 lifters for efficient plate changing and rest
The Triples and Doubles do not have to be 'touch and go' style
Only work sets will be counted toward the 30 reps
Today, a work set is 20-45 / 15-30# less than 1-RM
