That was an awful experience I almost rejected, and by that I mean barf. I think these WODs need different names, something that reflects the experience. For instance, this could be called "Gates of Hell" or "Soul Vacuum". Or you could go the other way and call them names like "Frolicking in the Meadow" or "Playing with kittens and bunnies", you know for SHOCK value.
