For Time, complete 50 reps* per athlete of the following:

Deadlift (1.5x Body Weight)*
Bench Press (1x Body Weight)*
Clean (.75x Body Weight)*

*Sets, Adaptations & Logistics will be explained in class

I was actually going to try to make it to a Saturday WOD. Unfortunately, I can't ignore my shoulder pain any longer. X-rays first thing in the AM. Have fun!

I had a milestone today. 1 and 1/2 years ago I really torched my back doing Linda, and I have avoided it ever since, and gradually started deadlifting only recently:

Today I did linda with heavier weight, faster, and am feeling pretty good!

Weight 170 #
DL 185 (below goal)
Bench 165
Clean 135

Time: 25:57

It's certainly not record breaking, but it is a lot of progress... Thanks guys.

Your progress is coming along great. Your deadlifts are stronger and any time under 30 minutes on Linda is fast (in a great way)!
