Five rounds for time of:
10 Wall Climbs
10 Toes to bar
20 Box jumps (24"/20")

For the wall climbs, start with your toes and chest on the deck, walk you feet up the wall until your chest touches the wall, and then descend back to the original position.

Also, anyone interested, here is a really good site to track your daily macronutrient intake levels:
http://www.myfitnesspal.com (you can change your macronutrient % breakdown which I found very helpful)

They have a really good database of user-entered foods. For each food, there are a given number of 'confirmations' to verify that the nutritional information is correct. I have been using this for the past couple weeks and it seems like a good way to prep for the nutrition challenge...
