Mandi, Evan, and everyone who had a part in making this event the success it was....THANK YOU! It was a blast and it would not have been possible without all your help. I know there were a lot of people who volunteered not only today, but in the weeks leading up to it. Can't express my gratitude enough for all you did. From my end, things ran like a well-oiled machine. Can't wait for the next event (and I hope it's not a whole year away). :)

I 2nd that! I hope the next event at the gym isn't a whole year away. This was my first taste and it was yummy :) I want more!

What a great event, Diesel team! Volunteering was a blast; however, I look forward to actually competing in it next year now that I see what to expect. I found myself wishing I was taking part in the 5ton 5k "fun." Way to go, everyone!

Every person who has ever done Crossfit will find this hysterical. http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/wed-september-14-2011/the-plight-of-muscled-americans

Great event!!! Even better than last year. Evan and Mandy and rest of the CFD crew YOU are top notch. LOVE the rocky way.

Nice Mike. After watching that I was wondering whether The Daily Show made up Planet Fitness or not. The "lunk alarm" just seemed to be bizarre. Apparently it's for real. Their unofficial motto is apparently "Relentlessly pursuing mediocrity."

I'd be kicked out in about 20 seconds...

It was fun.

I'd like to thank Evan, Mandi, and all the CFD coaches for the instruction and encouragement as well as all of the other members for cheering me on yesterday and the past year. There's absolutely no way I could've done this last year.

I'd just like to echo the gratitude expressed here. Just as Chris said, I could not have done it this past year- all the training, all the pushing and pulling, all the deep digging- without all of you who make CFD much more than a daily obsession, but a daily lesson in inspiration. You are the most awesome crew of people I've ever rolled with. Figuratively and literally :)

Like T, I would get booted out in 20 seconds!!!!

Where are the 5ton5K results posted?

Mandi, Evan, CFD crew - I'm going to jump on the bandwagon too, but I wanted to say how much fun I had yesterday and how the event went so smoothly. I wouldn't have been able to finish if it wasn't for the CFD crew with a special shoutout to Rachel and Yvette... so thanks for helping to push me through to the end! I am looking forward to next year (or sooner)! The next event should be a team event :) Everyone at the gym is great and I'm happy to have all of you as friends! See you in the box this week!
