The latest recipe on my blog Dan Hook Cooks is, in addition to being delicious, Zone friendly and almost paleo (if cavemen had food processors).
I'm sorry to say I won't be able to make it to the party. My wife and I are both scheduled to be in a wedding in Virginia that day.
Hoi Yee and I plan on swinging by!

Eavn, thanks for remembering my slurpy. I also did #10 for the WB.
Chris you made it this am! :)
Yup I made it. Feels like I move slower in the morning though. Maybe it takes some getting used to?
Height (in) to Weight (lbs) ratio for top 12 CrossFit Games Athletes:
Rich Froning Jr. - 70/195 = 0.36
Joshua Bridges – 65/160=0.40
Ben Smith – 71/180=0.41
Graham Holmberg – 71/185=0.38
Blair Morrison - 72/185=0.39
Dan Bailey – 67/167=0.40
Jason Khalipa – ~70.5/~210+=0.34
Patrick Barber – 67/172=0.39
Spencer Hendel - 74/207=0.36
Matt Chan – 70/207=0.34
Chris Spealler – 65/145=0.45
Zach Forrest – 67/165=0.41
additional athletes:
Mikko Salo - 69/176=0.39
Austin Malleolo - 65/167=0.39
Rob Orlando - 68/193=0.35
We were talking about this in the morning class. If you remove the minimum and maximum cases, the range is just 0.36-0.41 (~2.4 to 2.8 lbs per inch). Quite a small difference seeing the variation in height of the athletes (9").
I also did the same for the 2011 CrossFit Games female athletes and the range was about 0.45-0.51 (~2.0 to ~2.2 lbs per inch).
I did a similar calculation using the BMI on the men yesterday. I can post it tomorrow if anyone is interested.

Hmm...I don't remember power cleaning a kettlebell. I think that should say 65#
Chris, I'd be interested in seeing the BMI numbers. That's something I've been thinking about doing for a while, but never got around to it.
The range 2.4-2.8 lbs per inch can still be fairly wide. For my height of 6 feet, that goes from 173-202. That almost covers three Olympic weightlifting weight classes.
It takes a little time getting used to, but the best advice is to be sure you get more than enough sleep... and if you have time a little java.
My HSPU should've read strict. My B!
Oh geez I just realized I goofed with the PC and did HPC, a true PC touches the floor, doh! That's what I get for standing in the front! What is the difference between a PC and a regular clean, is it just that the PC is caught in a dip (mini squat, you know what I mean...)?
Yup.
Olympic Prefixes
Power = Mini Squat
Split = Legs staggered
Hang = bar starts off the floor
Squat = Received in a full squat
