at this point the CF endurance WODs make no sense to me:


Run (SS Thu, 3S Sat or T/TT): 2-4 x 1M, rest 5:00, hold efforts within 5-10 seconds

Came home after the workout this morning a signed up for the 5ton 5K. I'm excited :) Who else is doing it??

Using metals in a gym where noise, dropping, or slamming will only bring me grief (a crossfitter recently set a 315dl down hard during a heavy Diane in this gym...there was an uproar). I also lack motivation today. So...on a treadmill, 225# stiff legged dl that stopped 1" from touching ground.
