I was shooting for under 2:00, but several 2:30/500m pulls crept in around 1:25-ish... Oh well. Awesome work-out! My arms started burning during the double-unders! Pace yourself for this one.
Teresa, I was shooting for 10 min and thought i could until the burpees. I had it mapped out in head with ~ 1:35min row, 2min kbs, 5min burpees, :35 du's,2-2:30min run

there's always next time, maybe at the box for extra motivation
