(135/ 90#) Jerk, 5 reps
20 Pull-ups
Rest 90 seconds

I remember this one. Pace Pace Pace. It's east to crush the first 2-3 rounds but it will leave you with almost no gas left for the final rounds, no joke.

Yes, but this time will be different. With the new clock everyone will get a legit 90sec. rest.
