3 Versions of the CrossFit Benchmark "Linda" - Incorporating a 1 barbell load version, a 2 barbell load version, & finally the Rx'd 3 barbell version (on a Bench)~.

~ Blackjack Rule: The athlete MUST demonstrate a sub 21 min. time in order to attempt the next level of "Linda".

After 2 years of CF, I can now say that I have found my most hateful WOD...LINDA. This WOD totally showed up my weaknesses.....will need to work more on the floor press & squat cleans!
