The crazy thing about today was... I volitionally went to CF today AFTER I had spent the previous 2 hours training for my upcoming Triathlon (17.5 mile bike & 3.4 mile run). Why did I go to CF today? Because the WOD "sounded like fun". Yeah, right!

Happy to say that I knocked 5 minutes off of my bike time (from last week). Thanks to CF! 16 days & counting!
