Epic throwdown today T2. Followed it up with a couple of donuts recreated in honor of the long lost donut tree, just because science can't find it, doesn't mean it didn't exist!

Rachel, because I didn't take any pt gear to work and then got goaded into the wod by a teammate who follows Diesel. So, I took my boots off and got to work.

Is there something I'm missing in the ranking for the games? To pick 2 people at random, competitor #21840 (Tyler) and #9678, 9678 is ranked one above 21840. But 21840 has a better score in both rounds 1 and 2.

Rusty is the above commenter who forced me to do the wod without gym gear. He's much bigger than me and has beaten me up on more than one occasion so I fear him.

I don't know if anyone else watched the Danielle Edmundson 11.2 wod video on the main site but those push ups undoubtedly involve hips. I throw bs flag on that! The standards state "A straight body position must be maintained throughout". While her body may have stayed mostly straight I detect unmistakable hips in the push off the floor which, in my opinion, would add a significant amount of power/ability to complete more rounds.

I hear where you are coming from.

Remember the gymnastics positions:
Tuck, Pike, & Straddle
but more importantly
Hollow Body & Layout

Think, Layout /w heal drive.
Create a 1 inch 'Rocking Horse" motion
and you have the new standard for all push-ups.

ALL of them. (unless I say otherwise ...)

The crossfit while pregnant video just posted is pretty crazy. I don't think I've ever seen a 7.5 month pregnant women do a pull up before.
