Evan, I hope you followed your own rule: "If you scale the workout and finish in under 5 minutes, I want you to start over at 21 and do the workout again."

Actually Bobby,

Coach Mandi had anyone who scaled and finished under 5 minutes do Dumbell overhead presses until the rest of the class finished.

I asked specifically, and followed my coaches advice to the letter.
