My at-home substitute in the morning:
3 RFT
50 burpees
15 #40 press (w. DB's)
50 squats
15 #40 push press
(for round 2 and 3 I'm only gonna do 25 burpees... there needs to be an end in sight!)

About half an hour with 33 burpees each round.

Happy Birthday Bobby! And for the record, if your mom brings you birthday brownies (even if it is to the gym, lol), you cannot reject them with a post-it! (Sex & the City flashbacks for those of you who know it). You work too hard, so enjoy your birthday and let your mom spoil you :) We love you Mama Irene. That was super sweet.

thanks for the bday wishes everyone (and thanks for the torn hands, pull-up bar). glad everyone liked the brownies, and sorry i tried to hide them! i was trying to hold back the floodgates, because once she realizes you guys like her treats, there will ALWAYS be treats. i'd hate to see folks stuffed from brownies right before starting a WOD... or maybe that would be fun to watch?

Bobby, a really good point! I have seen that happen before and can envision the decline now :(

Irene your brownies were crap....okay not really, but they are not helpful to my filthy fifty time or my deadlift #'s....because it is hard to stay away from them!
