My at-home substitute in the morning: 3 RFT 50 burpees 15 #40 press (w. DB's) 50 squats 15 #40 push press (for round 2 and 3 I'm only gonna do 25 burpees... there needs to be an end in sight!)
Happy Birthday Bobby! And for the record, if your mom brings you birthday brownies (even if it is to the gym, lol), you cannot reject them with a post-it! (Sex & the City flashbacks for those of you who know it). You work too hard, so enjoy your birthday and let your mom spoil you :) We love you Mama Irene. That was super sweet.

Irene your brownies were crap....okay not really, but they are not helpful to my filthy fifty time or my deadlift #'s....because it is hard to stay away from them!
