Push Press

5 Sets - Increase load on each set. Touch-and-go from the ground.

Evan, I think Cain will agree with me on this, please never let us come up with our own work out for strong man class again. My body has never felt worse, even after CrossFit Wrecks You. For some reason, neither of us had the, "This isn't a good idea," thought that mature adults should. Now my body hates me.

I was more commenting on his cold dead stare in the picture, I'm about ready to go to fat camp at the moment, not kill wods with my fists. We'll remedy that soon though...

That reminds me, 135# is a PR for me. So will 160 next time we do it. :)
