Apparently Miley Cyrus is wrong. When I put my hands up and they're playing my song (Party In The USA) the barbells DON'T fly away. Next time we should listen to some Rick Ross for the OHS and not a 16-year old.

This WOD was great! I like how it was designed to flow from one lift to the next without dropping weight. Remarkable programming...I have remarked.
