This is definitely safe for work. Unless you work in a gym. And your gym does dead lifts. And has an asshole like this. I don't know what's worse, his cat arch of a back, the flexing after he locks out and drops the weight, the first row of weights he hits, or the second row of weights he hits. However, the slow mo is AWESOME!
