I choose 15 pounds and these exercises:

Corpse pose.
Child pose.
Mountain pose.
Barbell hold-down.
Barbell roll. (That's my challenge exercise.)

The 45 degree angle does make it look like the Good Ship Diesel hit some rough seas.

Any suggestions on good exercise combo? I think this WOD requires more thought then I was expected to give for my WOD.

So far I'm thinking press, push jerk, bench, clean, and overhead squat at 95 pounds.

I think my plan is 137 lb (bodyweight) and these;

Thruster.
Squat clean.
Push press.
Overhead squat.
Bench press.

How does that sound?
