Sorry I missed this one guys... My WOD was 45 minutes of sit in a tube without moving after a ridiculously painful and botched gadolinium injection. It's ok though, I'm watching Lions For Lambs to see how things really happen in Afghanistan. :) Hopefully y'all put up big numbers!
