I wasn't too disappointed that I had to miss yesterday's WOD. But now I wish I had to miss today's instead.

I have a hard time missing hero WODs, especially when they involve something I don't like to do. I'll see you at 5 Jason and Anita.

I got to stop reading these comments. I think Jason just convinced me to come tonight; Why did you have to go and quote Coach Glassman, darn you Jason. The good thing is it is a awesome day for a run and I will be able to sleep in tomorrow morning something I haven't done on a Saturday in a long time.

I've dreaded this day when I first heard of this WOD. But it could be worse--it could be raining. I will always come despite any crazy WOD Evan and Mandi program unless a pesky little thing like work or traffic gets in the way. Jason, I don't quite buy the fact you have any weaknesses.

This was a good one. Hopefully we'll do it again before the end of summer.

Jason, maybe you should see if you could get a monster truck and expense it to work? I totally think Grave Digger should be a legit business expense...

Yeah dude, seriously great WOD! I really do enjoy honoring the fallen when we do the Hero WODs. Jason, Grrrrrrrrrrave Diggerrrrrrrrrrrr is totally what you need for that traffic. That or a helicopter.

Hey Gene has a Helicopter....but if he is coming to pick you up it is mostly likely not a good thing...he is a Helicopter EMT. Maybe he can make special flights for Crossfit Diesel :)

Mandi,

I thought about taking a flight just to make a workout, but the FAA and the mothership have a problem with us landing in an unsecured parking lot without a patient. I think they're just being overly sensitive; everyone will just have to park in the front parking lot. See you guys early next week and enjoy your weekend.
