Hopefully the traffic will work in my favor so I can make this workout tonight!

My rugby team lost their first game of the season to a premier-league team (it was supposed to be versus their B side... well, it wasn't ;) I was playing a postion I haven't played in nearly 3 years, which requires covering a lot more distance on the field than I normally do. While the speed wasn't there (I need to start doing more intervals in my spare time), I could still run 50 meters all-out towards the end of the game, and recover quickly to do it again! It has to be from CrossFit... I've never been able to do that before!

btw, my rugby team (Severn River) is playing Chesapeake women ("the rugby team" that meets here Tuesday nights) on Saturday, April 17 in Severna Park. I'll post the kickoff time when I know that for sure--probably 11am or 1pm.
