Buddy of mine just showed me the "painstorm" wod looks fun!

10 front squat, 10 push press, 10 thrusters (Men 95# and Women 65#)
2 box jumps, 2 pull ups, 2 burpees

8 front squats, 8 push press, 8 thrusters
4 box jumps, 4 pull ups, 4 burpees

I agree, that does look like fun. But I'm asking myself why I too find this entertaining.

You know its a mean WOD when you are looking forward to the Pull-Ups, just so that your poor legs can rest for a second!
