Happy Anniversary!!!

It was 1 year ago - Saturday, October 11th that CrossFit Diesel held is 1st WOD. Thank you to everyone who has taken the plunge ... the kool-aid is tasty!


WOD - Deadlift Ladder

Start at 225#m/ 135#w

Perform 1 deadlift every minute. Increase l
oad by 10# for each lift until failure.

Logistics - Lifters will lift in pairs, alternating every 30 seconds, & increase loads between rounds.
