Due to the holiday party as well as the worsening cold weather, class will be held at 9AM
Location: Hammond high school track
Workout: Introduction to pacing, should be relatively relaxed compared to what we have been doing recently. Bring a watch if you have one and look up and remember your mile run PR if you have one.
