All local Crossfitters have been invited by Jeremy Mullins for a weekend of Camping, Rafting, Mountain Biking and Fight Gone Bad in West Virginia Sept 16th, 17th & 18th.

Does that mean we will not have a FGB event at our box?

Also, is anyone else planning on participating in the Mid-Atlantic Hopper? Registration opened on Monday (on the Crossfit BWI site). Slots are going fast. Just a little encouraging shove to all of you who are considering it...should be fun!

Talking about events at CFD, I'm happy to see that October is "Barbells for Boobs". Look forward to hearing about how and what we're going to do!

We have not decided on the FGB logistics yet, Teresa. We will be doing it, but not sure when and how many will be available.
