Haha wow, I never had a clue how horizontal I got doing a muscle up!!
not that it matters, but i did 15/10/15 reps. those extra 5 pull ups without a band were big for me. :)

Eek, sorry Evan, can you fix mine too- I did the regular number of jumps and push press, but just 10 of pull-ups (with the purple band). Thanks!! that was awesome!
Rachel, I was trying to keep up with you on the push press and I was just thinking "I know that she did more than 10 reps..."!!
